The rooms were comfy and the TV easy to use to connect our own devices. The bathroom and especially the shower were nice! The Staff especially, the lady who did our check-in were extra nice :)

- The breakfast was outstanding. There was such a great selection that even the long queues for coffee did not bother us. - Great shower - Although there were many Guests, it was still a nice and quiet room. Effort was made to avoid having neighbours next door. - Good WiFi - Comfortable reception

Everything in this hotel just feels great! It's not cheap, I guess, but it's excellent quality - and it's actually competitive for Hamburg, on second thought. This hotel is pure comfort in every detail. Rooms are super clean, soundproof, comfy beds, comfy, functional, modern bathrooms. Excellent shower, excellent room temperature (I was there in November and in March). Wifi is excellent, breakfast is amazing (the vegan options are awesome!). I stayed for 3 nights, they welcomed me with a free drink, which is really nice and pampering, and my room was cleaned every day. No minibar, but everything you need.

Amazing smiles from all staff - a great sense of positive team, which makes the stay so much more enjoyable. They always so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return. Also handy grab snacks/sandwiches are super useful for late evening arrivals / heading out for day to pack a light lunch. Gym is great - good, clean, modern equipment. Working area is relaxed with cozy spaces to hold more private conversations. Wifi is good throughout the hotel. Rooms are amazingly small - but just big enough for working away from home.

Very good location, 5 minute walk to the S1 station that takes you to all the main areas of Hamburg Price was reasonable considering the occasion

Location easy to reach by car, a 5-10 minute walk from the Ottensen neighbourhood for shops, restaurants and the Hamburg Altona train station. Breakfast is quite expensive in the restaurant, so we grabbed a sandwich in Ottensen. Spacious parking garage, friendly staff, bar and restaurant for grabbing a drink or bite. The room itself had a decent bed and was clean.

The hotel was wonderful, the common areas were plenty, super clean, cozy and gave a very positive energy. WIFI worked splendidly everywhere within the hotel. The room was 10/10, comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and all the utilities you may need. Location is also very good, the nearest bus station is 2 minutes away, it’s a very safe and quiet area. The staff were incredibly helpful with any inquiries or questions I had. I will definitely go again.
